Our gemstones are non-mined, artificial and synthetic creations chosen for their rich color saturation, clarity, and balanced faceting suitable for traditional astrological wear. We present our collections honestly, with straightforward descriptions and accessible pricing, avoiding misleading claims of mine extraction or untreated rarity.
2. Certified Nepali Rudraksha
Our Rudraksha collection consists of natural botanical Rudraksha beads. Applicable certified products are supplied with authenticity documentation as stated on the individual product listing.
Rudraksha beads are traditional botanical articles revered across Vedic heritage. Our beads are inspected for natural mukhi definitions, structural wholeness, and clean surfaces before being strung into malas or set into jewellery. 4. 2-Day Damage & Defect Window
Customers can report eligible damaged, defective or wrong products within 2 days of delivery through the Return / Exchange process.
Please inspect your parcel upon arrival. If you receive an item with transit damage, a manufacturing defect, or a shipment discrepancy, submit a claim through your account with clear photos within 2 calendar days of delivery. All claims are individually assessed by our care team before any replacement or refund is approved under our policy.
