Because sacred Jyotish gemstones and original Rudraksha beads require rigorous authenticity verification, each specimen undergoes final gemological check, weight verification, and photographic recording prior to packing:
- In-Stock Gemstones & Loose Beads: Inspected, packed, and dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours.
- Custom Silver Rings & Talismans: Dispatched within 3 to 5 business days following bespoke goldsmith fabrication and hallmarking.

5. Delivery Inspection & 2-Day Claim Protocol
If the outer security flyer appears visibly torn or retaped, please refuse delivery and notify us immediately. If you accept the delivery, we strongly advise recording an unboxing video. Should you discover transit breakage, manufacturing defects, or dispatch mismatch, you have 2 calendar days from delivery to lodge a claim via our Return & Exchange Portal.
