Gemstones and sacred Rudraksha beads sold on Astro Ratna are cultural, spiritual, and faith-based articles rooted in classical Indian Vedic literature. Astrological resonance, planetary remediation, and energetic experiences represent personal spiritual beliefs. Products provided by Astro Ratna are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or psychological condition, and we make no guarantees of financial prosperity, romantic success, health cures, good fortune, or specific astrological outcomes. Descriptions are strictly informational and historical.
1. Introduction & Binding Agreement
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the access to and use of the Astro Ratna e-commerce website and services, operated under the laws of the Republic of India. By accessing, browsing, registering an account, or placing an order on this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Return & Exchange Policy, and Shipping Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please discontinue using this website immediately.
2. Eligibility to Purchase
You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. If you are accessing the website on behalf of an entity or another individual, you represent that you hold full authorization to bind that principal to these Terms.
3. Product Information & Authentic Classification
Astro Ratna curates authentic spiritual articles spanning three distinct product categories: (a) Artificial & Synthetic Gemstones, (b) Sacred Rudraksha Beads, and (c) Handcrafted & Silver Spiritual Jewellery. Product listings always truthfully declare the material identity, treatment status, and specifications of each item based on objective gemological standards.
4. Artificial & Synthetic Gemstone Disclosures
Astro Ratna specializes in premium artificial and synthetic gemstones (including synthetic yellow sapphire, blue sapphire, ruby, emerald, and simulated pearls and coral). These stones are created using advanced gemological synthesis and precision lapidary techniques to deliver exceptional optical purity, vibrant coloration, and symbolic Vedic resonance. Astro Ratna transparently discloses that our gemstone products are artificial or synthetic, and they are never misrepresented as mined natural geological specimens. Each product listing clearly specifies dimensions, cut, and material composition.
6. Sacred Rudraksha Product Disclosures
Our natural Rudraksha beads are authentic dried botanical seeds of the Elaeocarpus ganitrus tree, sourced predominantly from Nepal and Java (Indonesia). Mukhi (cleft / facet) lines form naturally during growth. As natural botanical seeds, beads exhibit natural variations in shape, texture, diameter, and contour. Each sacred bead is inspected and x-ray or laboratory verified to confirm genuine internal seed compartments.
7. Artificial Jewellery & Silver Talismans
Jewellery mountings, pendants, and rings are crafted in hallmarked 92.5 Sterling Silver, brass, or certified alloys as specified on the individual product specification. Care must be taken to prevent contact with harsh perfumes, chlorine, chemicals, and saline water to preserve plating and luster.
8. Product Images, Lighting & Color Variations
We photograph our gemstones and Rudraksha beads under calibrated studio daylight to represent tone and color accurately. However, due to monitor color calibration differences and varying ambient lighting conditions (incandescent, fluorescent, sunlight), subtle perceptual color variations may occur.
9. Pricing, Taxes & Availability
All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless explicitly noted. Astro Ratna reserves the right to correct typographical pricing errors before order dispatch. Because curated batches and handcrafted settings have limited quantities, stock is subject to real-time availability.
10. Orders & Order Acceptance
Your order submission constitutes an offer to purchase. Order acceptance occurs when Astro Ratna verifies inventory, completes pre-dispatch gemological recording, and dispatches the consignment with an insured tracking docket. We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders with full refund in the event of stock unavailability or suspected security discrepancies.
11. Payment Processing (Razorpay & COD)
Prepaid transactions are processed securely through PCI-DSS compliant, RBI-authorized payment gateways (Razorpay) supporting UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, and NetBanking. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on eligible pin codes with a nominal handling charge, payable upon delivery to the courier executive.
12. Shipping, Insured Transit & Delivery
Every parcel dispatched by Astro Ratna is fully insured against loss, theft, and transit damage until doorstep handoff. Delivery is executed via tier-one logistics partners (Bluedart, Delhivery, Speed Post). Consignments feature tamper-evident security holographic tape.
13. Return, Refund & Exchange Framework
Because curated gemstones, certified Rudraksha beads, and spiritual jewellery involve strict quality verification, authenticity provenance, and tamper seals, returns and exchanges are governed strictly by our dedicated 2-day damage/defect claim policy. We do not offer ordinary change-of-mind returns unless required by applicable mandatory law.
14. 2-Day Damage, Defect & Wrong-Product Request Window
A customer must submit any return or exchange claim strictly within two (2) calendar days (48 hours) of verified delivery by the courier partner. Claims are eligible exclusively for: (a) transit damage, (b) structural manufacturing defects, (c) wrong product received, or (d) product materially different from description. The 2-day window is validated automatically at the database level from the delivery timestamp. Requests submitted after this window cannot be accepted.
15. Customer Responsibilities & Evidence Requirements
To initiate an eligible claim, the customer must submit clear photographic and unboxing video evidence demonstrating the outer parcel seal, tamper tape condition, and the reported defect. Items must be preserved in their original condition with all certificates, tags, and gift packaging intact.
16. Order Cancellation (Pre-Dispatch)
Customers may cancel orders free of charge through the My Orders portal prior to shipment dispatch (while in Confirmed or Processing status). Once an order is dispatched (Shipped), pre-dispatch cancellation is closed and claims must proceed through the 2-day delivery inspection policy.
17. Sacred Article & Gemstone Care
Gemstones and Rudraksha seeds require mindful care. Avoid exposing Rudraksha beads to chemical shampoos, chlorine water, or bleach. Gemstones set in silver should be cleaned gently using warm water and a soft cloth without abrasive chemicals or ultrasonic cleaners on delicate jewellery settings.
18. Vedic Spiritual & Astrological Disclaimer
Astro Ratna provides classical Vedic astrological literature and traditional associations for historical and cultural appreciation. We expressly disclaim any scientific validation, health diagnosis, mental wellness claims, or guaranteed life outcomes resulting from planetary gem remediation. Reliance upon faith-based representations is at the customer's sole discretion.
19. Intellectual Property
All site logos, product photography, editorial content, software code, UI design systems, and trademarks are the proprietary intellectual property of Astro Ratna India and protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 and Trade Marks Act, 1999.
20. Prohibited User Conduct
Users agree not to: (a) attempt unauthorized access or security bypassing; (b) harvest customer data; (c) file fraudulent or staged damage claims; (d) submit abusive communications to customer care executives; or (e) interfere with platform infrastructure.
21. Privacy & Personal Data Protection
Astro Ratna processes personal data in compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP Act), 2023. Personal information is gathered strictly for order fulfillment, delivery logistics, claims verification, and statutory tax compliance. 22. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Astro Ratna's aggregate liability arising out of or related to any order, whether in contract, tort, or warranty, shall strictly not exceed the total purchase amount paid by the customer for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
23. Amendments & Changes to Terms
Astro Ratna reserves the right to modify these Terms to reflect legislative changes, operational enhancements, or updated logistics protocols. Updated versions will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Continued usage of the site constitutes acceptance of revised terms.

25. Applicable Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any transaction entered into through this website shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. In the event of any legal dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the courts situated in New Delhi, India shall possess exclusive jurisdiction.
26. Consumer Rights & Statutory Grievance Redressal
